A day in the life of an Infoscion
As part of the Infosys delivery team, your primary role would be to interface with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
You will understand requirements, create and review designs, validate the architecture and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain.
You will participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews.
You will lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management and adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

Preferred skills: The candidate should have storage & backup background. Storage Technologies: Nasuni, Dell ECS, Dell Powerscale. Backup: Cohesity
Technical and Professional Requirements:
Responsible for day-to-day operations and leading a team of server, storage and backup admins. Work with customer leads, application owners, and be the technical SPOC for client reporting and escalation.
Oversee software upgrades and management of infrastructure in a multi-vendor environment.
Work with vendors to POC new products and enhance capabilities of existing platforms.
Prepare, present operations SLAs, tasks, and project updates to the customer.
Support multi-vendor, globally distributed infrastructure environment.
Advise the customer about performance management, availability management, configuration management and reporting.
Solution preparation for migrating different workloads on-to standardized platforms, and consolidation particularly for remote offices.
SLA reporting, capacity trending and capacity planning for large, distributed environment running in Petabytes, and spread across globally.
