Job Description:

1. Reviewing the KPIs taken by IT Head and First Level HODs and ensure goal cascading is done for entire team

2. Reviewing the KPI scores of IT Head and First Level HODs and give feedback to the Management

3. Conducting a thorough analysis of the existing IT Systems and Infrastructure and report to Management on changes required.

4. Auditing the current IT structure and give inputs for re-structuring as and when required

5. Be part of the interview panel and provide feedback to identify correct talents for IT department

6. Review the existing strength of IT department and provide feedback to Management in terms of optimization or absorption of new technical talents based on Business requirements.

7. Review that the IT Projects are in alignment with the Business requirements and give feedback to the Management

8. Review the new IT Projects and monitor the expenses done and take actions to meet the agreed ROI

9. Review the gaps in the IT Projects and arrive at action plans and give feedback to the Management

10. Review the challenges in ERP implementations and provide solutions to the Management

11. Evaluate the new vendors identified for the new projects and provide feedback to the Management

12. Providing advice to the Management on the IT best practices

13. Provide assistance to the Management on any technical issues as and when required

14. Having Technical and Functional exposure to Microsoft D-365 ERP, AX 2009 / 2012, ASP.NET, API Integration is mandatory for this role
