Paytm provides consumers with services like utility payments and money transfers,To merchants, Paytm offers acquiring devices like Soundbox, EDC, QR and Payment Gateway where payment aggregation is done through PPI and also other banks financial instruments. To further enhance merchants business, Paytm offers merchants commerce services through advertising and Paytm Mini app store. Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.

Expectations/ Requirements

· Must have minimum 6 Months of experience in IT Asset Management

· Should have fair knowledge of computer/ Laptops/ Printers/ Scanners/ peripheral troubleshooting.

· Should have good knowledge of Laptop/Macbook assemble and disassemble for all models.

· Good knowledge of troubleshooting and installation (Hardware and OS)

· Understanding of Driver/Tools downloading form OEM website

· Basic knowledge of networking

· Updating pending tickets with timely, precise and accurate updates

· Following up with end users, if necessary, for closure of pending tickets

· Good Knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting.

· Good Communication skill written and verbal both.
