IT Asset Management Engineer- L1

Job location: New Delhi

Qualification:BCA/B.Sc-IT/B.E./B. Tech in Computer Science/ Electronics /ECE / EE / ECS / IT

Experience: Minimum 2 years in handling IT Asset management portfolio

Job timing: 9 am to 9 pm (there will be 9 hours two shifts rotational)

CTC range: 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA (inclusive of all)

Minimum 2 years of experience in handling Asset management portfolio.
Person should have adequate knowledge of Asset management software functionality.
Should have knowledge of Implementation, trouble shooting, creating rules, report templates.
Preparing and submitting reports as per the requirement of the Customer.
Keep track of in scope IT inventory equipment's inventory
Maintain information like, serial number, asset code(Make and Model), warranty and AMC status, Location etc. (Details to be shared by client along with baseline during transition), software licenses for all assets.
Track & Monitor warranties of all hardware assets in scope. Updating IMAC changes, collect and maintain software in licenses category.
Provide update on asset moving to end of AMC/ Warranty
Coordinate material movement as per requirement, maintain separate asset list for refresh, pool assets & other BAU requirements.
