About the Role
As an IT Asset executive , this individual will be responsible for managing Zeta's IT assets and their inventory throughout their lifecycle. IT assets include hardware, software, licenses, and other technology-related resources.Responsibilities
Asset taggingCreating barcodes, printing and attaching to the assetsReceive assets from vendors, inwards and outwardsManage the process of couriering the assets to various locations of business entities in India and overseas, to vendors in IndiaMaintaining the stock of all hardware in all business unitsLog tickets with OEMs for hardware problemsSend hardware to vendors for repairKeep a check on hardware warrantyKeep a track of AMCs for all critical hardwareMake entries in Asset Management softwareManage hardware allocationMoving assets from storage location to user's desk and vice-versaHelp in physical asset reconciliation.Skills
Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements related to IT asset management.Vendor Management
Work with vendors to procure IT assets, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of equipment.Experience and Qualifications
You should have relevant experience in Assets and IT stock management.You must know how to use computer, printer, Microsoft office software.Ability to speak in English fluently.
