The IT Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping our cloud and data strategies. This role requires an individual who is not only deeply technical but also possesses a strategic mindset to integrate Azure solutions seamlessly into our business operations.
- Lead the administration and optimization of our Azure cloud environment, ensuring robustness, scalability, and security.
- Manage and configure Intune for mobile device and application management, aligning with our security and compliance requirements

- Develop, deploy, and manage Azure data warehousing solutions, leveraging Azure Synapse Analytics, to support advanced analytics initiatives.
- Administer SQL Server databases, ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and security.
- Collaborate with various teams to understand data needs and deliver scalable and efficient data solutions.
- Conduct regular audits and performance tuning of Azure services and SQL Server databases to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Azure services, data warehousing technologies, and analytics trends to continually enhance our capabilities.
- Develop comprehensive documentation and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and consistent application of Azure and data solutions across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT, with at least 4 years focused on Azure cloud services, data architecture, and analytics.
- Extensive experience with Azure services, particularly Azure Active Directory, Intune, Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics, and other related services.
- Proficient in designing and implementing complex data architectures and data warehousing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL Server administration, performance tuning, and security.
- Strong understanding of best practices for cloud security, data protection, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities, capable of leading projects and working with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications in Azure, data architecture, or SQL Server are highly desirable.
