Role:
Responsible for the analysis, design, configuration & support of the SAP modules and Non SAP applications to meet the business needs of Orient Electric. He/she works closely with internal business users in maintaining, troubleshooting and enhancing SAP functionality in all modules. Acts as specialist in adding values in SAP landscape through knowledge of SAP module and its integration with other modules. Person should be impactful contributor to the Digitization projects, Warehouse Management System, Traceability ,Chatbot, Qlik Sense etc.

Responsibilities:
Maintain & update of SAP and Non SAP applications along with the respective teams
Analyses business requirements to provide specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in designing SAP solutions & non SAP Applications
Understands configuration dependencies and interrelationships between separate functional modules of SAP.
Conducts or participates in user requirements gathering & documentation designs.
Ensures compliance with existing applications and development of required data and reporting standards.
Assists with responding to user requirements, problem resolution, develop designs, and process modeling.
Develops functional specifications and work with BASIS and ABAP resources to complete object development and testing.
Provides guidance on technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed solutions when alternative solutions are available.
Performs break-fix analysis and recommend solutions
Identifies and raises issues to management to achieve resolution for FICO development tasks.
Maintains process documentation for all Application processes.
Works with data owners to fix data issues or to re-assign responsibilities.
Identifies and escalates issues and risks.
Coordination with SAP and Non SAP OEMs for support.
Strong vendor management
Enable execution of digitization program, Warehouse Management System, BI, Chatbot, DSC and blockchain etc.
Acquire strong domain & business process understanding

Provides leadership in the development of functional skills in other team members through active knowledge sharing.
Provides detailed transactional information to auditors as required.
