Description
We are looking for a highly skilled IT and HR Executive to join our team. The candidate must have a minimum of 3-8 years of experience in the job market context of India. This is a permanent work from home position. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee onboarding, including orientation, and training
- Manage employee relations and assist in conflict resolution
- Manage employee benefits, compensation, and payroll
- Provide technical support to the team
- Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network
- Ensure compliance with all IT policies and regulations
- Troubleshoot IT issues and provide solutions
- Maintain and manage company databases
- Manage and maintain company website and social media accounts
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in IT and HR
- Expertise in HR policies and procedures
- Experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution
- Experience in managing employee benefits, compensation, and payroll
- Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in hardware, software, and network management
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
