Description
We are looking for an experienced IT and HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the IT and HR functions of the organization, as well as providing support to other departments as needed. This is a permanent work from home position with a salary range of INR 4-6 lakhs per annum depending on experience. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Ensure the organization's IT infrastructure is secure and up-to-date
- Manage the organization's HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws
- Provide support to other departments as needed, including project management, data analysis, and administrative tasks
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, or a related field
- 2-6 years of experience in IT and HR roles
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking
- Experience with HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations
