Description
We are seeking an experienced IT and HR Executive to join our team. The role is permanent and allows for remote work from home. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in the job market context of India, and possess a range of hard skills and qualifications that will enable them to manage our IT and HR needs effectively. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing support to employees.
- Managing and maintaining our company's HR systems, including payroll, employee benefits, and performance management.
- Overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and orientation.
- Developing and implementing IT and HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of IT and HR initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to IT and HR activities.
- Staying up-to-date with developments in IT and HR practices and technologies, and making recommendations for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, or a related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in IT and HR roles.
- Proficiency in a range of IT tools and systems, including network infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with HR software, including payroll and benefits management systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to IT and HR.
