Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the company's IT infrastructure including hardware, software, and networking systems
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues
- Manage the HR functions of the company including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to IT and HR functions
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in IT and HR functions
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and networking systems
- Familiarity with HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
