Description
We are looking for an IT and HR Executive with 2-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in IT and a solid understanding of HR processes and procedures. This role will involve managing both IT and HR functions within the organization, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and that HR policies are being followed. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware
- Provide technical support to all employees, troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of all systems
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and regulations
- Manage employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to improve morale and productivity
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and in compliance with local regulations
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources or related field
- 2-6 years of experience in IT and HR functions
- Strong technical skills, including experience with server management, networking, and hardware
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as local employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Experience with HR software and systems is a plus
