Description
We are seeking an experienced IT and HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years of experience in the job market context of India. The position requires a high level of technical expertise in IT and HR management as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work independently. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure of the company, including servers, networks, and software applications
- Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee recruitment and retention efforts
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs
- Manage payroll and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Provide technical support to employees as needed
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, or related field
- 2-6 years of experience in IT and HR management
- Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, and software applications
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Experience in employee recruitment, retention, and training
- Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
