Job Description

We are seeking a tech-savvy individual with strong computer and HR knowledge to join our team. This role involves managing and supporting IT systems, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and assisting with HR-related tasks such as data management, employee record keeping, and recruitment support. The ideal candidate will provide technical and HR support to ensure efficient daily operations. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic database management
  • Familiarity with HR software and employee management systems
  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS) and troubleshooting common software/hardware issues
  • Strong data entry and record-keeping skills with attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee data handling
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across HR and IT teams
