Description
We are seeking an IT and HR Executive with 2-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in both IT and HR, with a proven track record of success in both areas. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including hardware and software installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all IT and HR-related regulations and standards
- Provide technical support to employees on IT-related issues
- Manage and maintain employee records, including attendance and leave management
- Assist with recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field
- 2-7 years of experience in IT and HR roles
- Strong understanding of IT systems and software, including experience with hardware and software installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Experience in HR functions, including recruitment, selection, performance management, and employee development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with HR software and tools
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India
- Certifications in IT and HR fields are a plus
