Job Description:
IT Strategy, ERP software selections
Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer systems, printers, and other hardware.
Offer ERP software support, assisting users with day-to-day technical issues related to the system.
Monitor and ensure the security of IT systems, implementing updates and patches as required.
Provide General IT support for employees and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
