Opportunity Overview:
- Execute asset management policies, procedures and processes.
- Coordinate with management in utilizing the asset management tools to analyse, review and track asset data.
- Execute asset control processes to monitor accountability identification, maintenance, location and contracts.
- Manage asset reconciliation and asset disposal agreements.
- Experience working with Office365.
- Assist in inventory management, procurement and shipment activities.
- Shadow contract negotiation, contract renewals and vendor management activities.
- Monitor software licenses to ensure they comply with license agreements and usage standards.
- Collaborate with management to define cost savings, asset compliance and service improvements.
- Expertise in IT development, integration, delivery, and maintenance
- Manage IT asset capital and expense list.
- Ensure audit compliance for the IT assets

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:
- Minimum 8 years hands on experience in troubleshooting laptop, desktop, Server, Wi-Fi & Printer issue
- Basic knowledge of Windows Operating System and Mac iOS
- Problem-Solving and OS Administration
- Account Access and Attendance Management
- Understanding of IT asset management
- Experience in software installation
- Remote system administration
- Any experience/certification in Information Security is a plus.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
- 5+ years of prior relevant experience
