Responsibilities:
- Ensure the IT issues/tickets are promptly addressed, documents and resolved within SLA.
- Co-ordination on asset purchase and management
- Document and inventory management, assets, onboarding, and FNF.
- Management and upkeep of VC solutions, CCTV system and Attendance Machine.
We are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in providing technical support to end users is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
