Inside Sales Representative (ISR)

  • Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and closing sales to contribute to our company's growth.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach.
  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, and online platforms to understand their needs.
Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers to drive sales and foster relationships.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in inside sales or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
