Working within the global ABB IS Legal & Integrity team, you will be responsible for planning, coordination, and managing IS projects for Legal & Integrity function, in coordination with internal ABB teams and vendors. You will take care about internal/external stakeholder management, project governance and ensuring adherence to IS compliance for project execution.

Your responsibilities
- Successfully leading delivery of IS projects through planning, scheduling, execution and handover phases, according to waterfall or agile methodologies
- Following specific ABB IS project management standards and follow compliance rules & policies
- Creating and executing project's governance by maintaining stakeholder relations, managing them and collaborate closely with IS teams and external providers
- Driving internal initiatives within Legal & Integrity area and accordingly to given requirements to seek constant improvements, enhancements, and optimizations
- Organizing work of internal and external ABB teams or resources working remotely or globally
- Providing proper project reporting to different stakeholders.
Your background
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/IS area and minimum 3 years of experience in working as PMO, Project Manager, Implementation Manager
- Ability to work with virtual, distributed teams
- Strong customer orientation and ability to speak to mid and high management stakeholders
- Ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables
- Project management certification, ITIL is a plus
- Ability to work independently and lead a project teams, being proactive
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
