The mission of the IS InfoSec Services Effectiveness Manager is to ensure the overall effectiveness, financial performance, and vendor relations of the organization's information security area. The manager will lead a team dedicated to ensuring the highest levels of security and risk management while balancing business needs and objectives. Through continuous assessment and improvement, the manager will foster a culture of security, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop and maintain strong vendor/supplier relationships. The goal is to protect the organization's assets, reputation, and customers trust by maintaining a secure, reliable, and efficient information security program. They supervise internal and external 3rd party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.

Your responsibilities
- Business Continuity: by ensuring that the organization's information security program is effective and resilient;
- Financial Performance: by ensuring that the organization's information security program is effective, efficient and in line with best practices;
- Strategic security partners quality monitoring: oversight into the service operations of service providers, performance management, escalation management, and security tools effectiveness monitoring (purchasing oversight, planning and utilization tracking
- Services documentation and processes monitoring including gaps identifications, improvements management and evaluation of the services roadmap deliver
Your background
- Experience with project management (preferably security related projects), including the ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and superior knowledge of IS technology
- Demonstrated experience in managing and improving processes, including the identification of opportunities for process improvement and the implementation of new processes and procedures
- Technical knowledge of security technologies
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
- Fluent spoken and written English
