Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to bridge the gap between the technical environment and the business. Each day, you will use data analytics to assess processes and outline problems, opportunities, and solutions, to support decisions for new or changed Information Systems (IS) solutions or services. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting constantly in the continual service improvement process.

This role is contributing to the IS Services in India.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Performs Business Analysis for a segment of an organization, con-tributing technical and business process/data expertise to either support ongoing operations or project new software and to sup-port decisions for new or changed IS solution/services in scope.
- Applying related business processes knowledge, shapes and aligns IS solution/services to build and deliver activities.
- Selects, adopts, and adapts appropriate business analysis methods, tools, and techniques.
- Conducts advanced modelling activities for significant change programs.
- Collaborates with Service Owner and IS Domain Owner in the definition of costs and estimates efforts with Solution Architect for IS solution/services development, change requests and releases.
- Collects and translates requirements for projects and changes in-to specifications for internal and external delivery parties.
- Engages with business leaders, consumers, and customers to understand how changes to process, products, services, software, and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value, while balancing these ideas with what's feasible technologically and financially, and functionally reasonable.
- Adherence to Corporate IS Policies and Procedures, as well as to both internal regulations and external legislation falls within the area of responsibility of this job.
- Keeps frequent alignment meeting with Business consumer, Process and Product Owner.
Qualifications For The Role
- Master's Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar.
- 2+ years of practical experience as business / system / functional analyst in requirements analysis, management and change man-agement, proven analytical background, analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Strong experience to translate business requirements into technical IS capabilities and solutions, ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Superior knowledge of Business Analysis Principles and best practices, methodologies, and tools as well as Identity Access Management.
