We are seeking full stack IoT solution developers to lead application software for our IoT solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of IoT technologies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.n
You as IoT development lead will collaborate with stakeholders across the globe, understand requirements of those of Epiroc's customers and internal stakeholders to come up with most suitable solutions.

You will work in cross-functional agile teams, manage assignments and be Scrum master in team. As an IoT Solutions Development lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end solutions for our IoT applications. You will work closely with our hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our products.

Your main responsibilities in this role will be:
n
n
- Lead the end-to-end development of IoT solutions, from concept to deployment.
n- Define the vision, goals, and roadmap for IoT projects and initiatives.
n- Collaborate with hardware, software, and network engineers to design and implement IoT solutions.
n- Oversee the integration of sensors, actuators, and other hardware components with software and network interfaces.
n- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of IoT solutions.
n- Manage the budget, resources, and timelines of IoT projects.
n- Conduct regular reviews and audits of IoT systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
n- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IoT technologies and incorporate them into the development process.
n- Mentor and guide junior developers and engineers in the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
n
n
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
n- 5 to 7yrs of relevant work experience
n- Proven experience in leading IoT projects and teams.
n- Strong understanding of IoT architectures, protocols, and technologies.
n- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, React, Python, or Java.
n- Experience working with AMQP, MQTT
n- Experience with IoT platforms and cloud services (e.g., AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT).
n- Experience working with Git Hub and/or similar version control systems.
n- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
n- Strong leadership and project management skills, agile development methodologies.
n- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Good to have:

- Master's degree in a related field.
n- Experience with OAuth2, Identity services, AD
n- Experience with IoT platforms such as Electric Imp or similar.
n- Experience with edge computing and real-time data processing.
n- Knowledge of security best practices for IoT devices and systems.
n- Certified scrum master
