Available locations: This position is open to candidates in Brazil and India (Bengaluru, Chennai & Pune).
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate complex technical solutions, translating them into business value.
- Adopt and implement industry best practices for connected vehicle systems.
- Provide domain expertise and lead architectural discussions for connected vehicle features.
- Support enterprise system integration and ensure compliance with regional regulations.
- Define standards for data collection and storage in connected vehicle systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align global architecture principles and business requirements.
- Lead proof of concept projects to adopt cloud-native and hybrid applications.
- Mentor and guide business architects to deliver the right solutions.
- Define and review cloud governance practices and optimize public cloud costs.
- Work with security teams to ensure compliance with technical solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience with large-scale distributed systems, including client/server and internet technologies.
- 3-5 years of experience in the connected vehicle field.
- Proficiency in Kafka, SQL/NoSQL databases, REST APIs, MQTT, HTTP, Java 8, Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud architectures.
- Experience with event-driven and domain-driven architectures, as well as performance KPI definition.
- Strong knowledge of continuous integration and delivery in a digital/IoT environment.
- Experience with Redis, test automation frameworks, monitoring tools, AWS, and deployment strategies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of ownership.
