Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Lead: Energy & HVAC IoT Solutions. The role is based in multiple locations pan India. The IOT Engineer will be responsible for managing projects, leading subcontract team, and ensuring successful implementation of AgileWorks IoT solutions for energy optimization and asset health monitoring. Will also be responsible for developing project plans, communication plans, and managing project risks.

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Education: BE Mechanical or Electrical/Electrical Engineering

Qualifications

• Project Management skills, with experience managing IoT or similar technology projects
• Experience in Energy Management and HVAC Systems
• Proficiency with wifi & networking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer-facing roles and customer relationship management
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or related fields
• Experience in sustainability and green certifications is a plus
