3+ years software development experience with Ionic (Angular) mobile cross platform development
Good experience with Android developing mobile applications
Experience working with MDM solutions like Knox
Good understanding of Capacitor and migration to Capacitor
Experience in troubleshooting functionality, resilience, and performance issues of an Android tablet application
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with a modern Javascript/Typescript framework, such as Angular or React
Experience with customizing Cordova/Capacitor plugins for cross platform use (specifically Swift, Objective C)
Understanding of object-oriented programming fundamentals, modularity, dependency management and other engineering best practices
Proficiency collaborating with a team utilizing GitHub and/or GitLab
Proficiency with a Linux or Mac command line
Ability to maintain excellent communication with the team leads and product managemen

Familiarity with Typescript, ES6, CSS3, SCSS, HTML
Understanding of Android 12 bluetooth integration and migrating previously implemented devices to accommodate changes
Experience with healthcare specific bluetooth devices, including BLE and Classic devices
Strong comprehension of web services, HTTP protocol, and service-oriented architecture.
Experience with test driven development (TDD) and a testing framework like Jasmine and Karma
Develop and maintain Android tablet applications that communicate with peripheral Bluetooth medical devices using Classic and BLE protocols
Design and implement software solutions for managing pairing/unpairing of Classic and BLE Bluetooth devices at the Android native level and application level
Development of new features for Ionic based cross platform mobile applications using Cordova plugins
Migration to Capacitor from Cordova, development of new plugins as per project requirements
Integration of MDM platform and implementation of policies/plugins as per project need.
Troubleshoot functionality, resilience, and performance issues of the Android tablet application
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware, hardware, and QA teams to ensure successful product development
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers on Bluetooth communication best practices
