Responsible for evaluating, verifying, and processing service requests from shareholders, third-party entities, institutions, broker/dealer operations, or client Fund/Stock groups
Processes mutual fund and/or stock transactions and maintains shareholder records
Has a thorough understanding of mutual fund/stock operations
Accepts, records, processes, and troubleshoots requests from shareowners, institutions, the NSCC, the DTC, and/or broker/dealers
Leader of professionals or first-level leaders working on issues of a diverse scope or coordinating department activities
Exercises wide-latitude to make decisions within established company policies to meet business objectives
Advises staff and partners with cross-functional teams to meet project schedules and to develop solutions to issues
Accountable for department results
Establishes procedures and recommends changes to policies
Minimally requires a Masters degree and 4 years of related experience, or Bachelors degree and 6 years of related experience, or high school degree and 8 years of related experience
