Investor Relations Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for an Investor Relations Specialist located in Noida. The Investor Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing relationships with investors, providing investment advice and guidance, conducting financial analysis, and communicating financial information to stakeholders. The Specialist will also assist in capital raising efforts, maintain investor databases, and organize investor meetings and presentations.

• Experience in investor relations, finance, and investments
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively present financial information to stakeholders
• Experience in financial analysis and modeling
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
• Degree in finance, business, or related field
• Certifications such as CFA or MBA in finance are a plus
