Mandatory Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Finance, or Data Analytics.
- Strong knowledge and experience in investment management domain, including investment products, asset classes, and investment strategies. Knowledge of the OCIO business is a strong plus.
- Experience in gathering requirements for end user interface design optimizing the solutions we build internally for end user experience and being thoughtful on how internally built solutions work alongside our vended solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in global projects that span across regions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, Agile development, tools, SDLC, and technologies.
- Broad experience with portfolio and order management systems (e.g. FactSet, CRD/State Street Alpha), Investment data warehouse solutions (e.g. Eagle), modern cloud-based data warehouses/lakes technology, BI tools, investor client reporting systems and client facing systems.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with cloud-based data warehouse/lake platforms, such as AWS data technologies, Databricks, and Snowflake platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of BI tools (e.g. Qlik) a strong plus and designing data solutions for ease of use by BI platforms to enable data self-service is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
- Experience in projects that involved the use AI is plus.
- Professional certifications in relevant areas (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
- Lean process analysis skills are a plus.
- Experience in PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Investments Technology Analyst to join our project team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment management, technology, data, and with supporting large technology implementation projects. This role will support analysis of end user facing, data, and integration related requirements.
The Global Investments Business is embarking on an exciting 3+ year strategic initiative to move our investment's business to a Global Target Operating Model (TOM) and implement a set of vended and internally built solutions to enable our business to grow rapidly. The initiative touches on client, portfolio management, operations, compliance, and data solutions and has a global focus
- Perform analysis related to investment technology solutions and software development initiatives within the investment management domain.
- Writes the business specifications detailing operations of an application or specific function.
- Consults with development team to ensure requirements are clear and to resolve outstanding questions or issues.
- Lead user group meetings and work with stakeholders to assist in prioritizing the backlog.
- Work closely in region with stakeholders to understand how local requirements can map into our broader global solution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Work with peers globally in the transformation program to align on designing global solutions and minimize regional differences to only the case where they are truly required.
- Collaborate with investment management teams, vendors, and technology stakeholders as required to understand end user and integration requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs in an optimal way.
- Prepares training materials and answers user's questions.
- Assist in the design of solutions that bring together the solutions our vendor partners provide and what our business requires that may require internal development.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support implementation and testing teams as required to ensure execution success.
- Participate in the development and execution of test plans.
- Assist support teams as required.
- Provide sign off on functionality prior to promoting to production.
- Assist in the estimation of features, products, projects and in resource budgeting.
- Act as a liaison to development teams operating in region and analysts located on regional offices as required.
