Job Description

  • Bachelors degree in business, finance, marketing, or related fields (MBA or a Master s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as a wealth manager or in a related field, with a successful track record in real estate investment management.
  • Proven expertise in providing personalized investment solutions and strategies to Indian investors, considering their unique financial goals and risk appetite.
  • Knowledge about real estate market investments in India, with an ability to identify lucrative investment opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with potential investors.
  • A demonstrated history of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the wealth management/ investment industry.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic investment environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track customer interactions.


Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive real estate investments and expand the Ashton Gray Investment s market presence in India.
  • Connect with potential investors and key decision-makers, showcasing the benefits of Ashton Gray Investment s premium real estate investment opportunities.
  • Provide personalized investment solutions to Indian investors, leveraging your wealth management experience to optimize their portfolios.
  • Guide investors through the investment process, addressing their queries and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including research and marketing, to stay informed about the latest real estate trends and investment opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and post sales follow-up.
  • Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and attend relevant events to identify new business prospects.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team, outlining key achievements and recommending strategies for continuous growth.
