Job Description:- Preparation of detailed financial models including cashflow projections, financial statements and IRR calculations
- Analysis & interpretation of financial statements, business models, determination of company/transaction valuations
- Evaluate investment opportunities using quantitative and qualitative methods
- Draft and present documents including Investment Memos, Term Sheets, Pitchbooks, Teasers, industry materials etc
- Provide support for fund raising activities
- Good understanding of taxation, finance and operational matters
- Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions
- Assist in deal structuring and closing principals
- Obtain periodic credit rating for portfolio assets
- Preparing internal MIS for all assets on a monthly basis
- Liaising with financial institutions, banks, consultants, rating agencies among others
- Requirements:
Chartered Accountant/ MBA in finance with 2-3 years of Work experience (Big Four preferred)- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & PowerPoint skills
Demonstrate strong analytical, verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks & work on multiple assignments
Ability to work both independently & as part of a team with professionals at all levels- Willingness to expand skillset, thus take on new opportunities
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ethics and reliability- Ability to travel for project negotiations and execution, when needed
