Role and responsibility
- Assess clients financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
- Recommend mutual fund investment options that align with clients goals.
- Design and manage tailored investment portfolios with a focus on diversification, risk management, and long-term growth.
- Conduct thorough analysis of mutual fund performance, including examining past performance, management team credentials, and risk factors.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic changes, and regulatory developments that may impact mutual fund investments.
- Communicate market insights and updates on mutual fund products to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering continuous support and guidance on their investment journey.
- Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios and provide recommendations for rebalancing based on market conditions and changes in client goals.
- Respond to client inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure all mutual fund recommendations comply with regulatory standards, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and suitability requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, portfolios, and transaction histories.
- Work with the compliance team to ensure adherence to investment policies and risk management guidelines.
- Identify and engage potential clients by conducting seminars, networking events, and leveraging existing client referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote mutual fund investment products.
- Proactively reach out to clients for cross-selling opportunities of related financial products and services.
- Work closely with financial advisors, product specialists, and other departments to provide holistic wealth management services.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new mutual fund products and financial planning strategies.
