Role and responsibility
- Responsible for Concept Selling across the region, leveraging distributor relationships
- Responsible for Product Level targets for the Zone for certain specified products across Equity and Debt, creating a positive environment to drive product-specific agenda
- To conduct Regular Training and Knowledge Sessions for Internal Employees across the Zone for continuous Knowledge upgrades, Keep the Sales Team updated with any product-related information, and ensure each employee speaks the same language (Common Pitch)
- To conduct Regular Huddles/Conference Calls / Meetings with Distributors and articulate products and Market Outlook effectively, position products in the best interest of all stakeholders, simplify all aspects of the Capital market
- To actively work on D & E counters with the Sales team and include them as part of their branch visit
- To work with the Sales Team in increasing distribution spread and Product Mix
- Providing critical ground Feedback for enhancing business activities, any other feedback about branch/ distribution/ team/Customer Service, etc gathered during branch visit
- Support to create simpler communication on Focused Products along with the Product team
- Give market feedback to Investments on Competition Products Positioning and Product sales in the market
- Feedback to the Investments team on Distributor/ Investor queries on Funds/Products
- Accompany Sales RM in key distributor meetings (Advisory IFA, UHNI, Private Wealth RM) and closely manage Key Family Offices/UHNIs in the respective region
