Key Responsibilities:
- Works directly with vendors, issuing Purchase Orders, and ensuring accuracy
- Following Purchase Orders through a full lifecycle
- Communicating with internal partners and external vendors
- Supporting the creating of the inventory buying seasonal plan
- Assisting with the drop ship vendor purchase orders
- Updating and ensuring backorder order dates are accurate and updated in a timely basis
- Special projects as requested
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Superior problem solving and analytical skills along with the ability to make decisions, often with limited data
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changes quickly
- eCommerce retail experience
- High degree of attention to detail, accuracy and quick to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including proficiency with Pivot Tables and formulas. Working knowledge of
- Microsoft Access
- Familiarity with Click Up or other project management software
- A quiet, dedicated space from which to work remotely.
- Eastern time zone availability (8:00-5:00 p.m.)
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Equestrian experience (strongly preferred)
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree
