Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works directly with vendors, issuing Purchase Orders, and ensuring accuracy
  • Following Purchase Orders through a full lifecycle
  • Communicating with internal partners and external vendors
  • Supporting the creating of the inventory buying seasonal plan
  • Assisting with the drop ship vendor purchase orders
  • Updating and ensuring backorder order dates are accurate and updated in a timely basis
  • Special projects as requested

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior problem solving and analytical skills along with the ability to make decisions, often with limited data
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changes quickly
  • eCommerce retail experience
  • High degree of attention to detail, accuracy and quick to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including proficiency with Pivot Tables and formulas. Working knowledge of
  • Microsoft Access
  • Familiarity with Click Up or other project management software
  • A quiet, dedicated space from which to work remotely.
  • Eastern time zone availability (8:00-5:00 p.m.)

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Equestrian experience (strongly preferred)
  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree
