Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Designer at Benison Event Co in Ahmedabad. The Event Designer will be responsible for designing events, managing event logistics, and making sure the designs are executed on the execution day with the help of production team.

• Event Designing
• Props designing
• Adobe illustrator or equivalent software
• Experience in the field of interior and events industry or relevant industry id a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Planning: Working with clients to create the event concept and design
• Decorating: Planning the layout and decor of the event space, and overseeing the setup and breakdown
• Managing: Managing multiple projects simultaneously, and working under pressure
• Coordinating: Working with vendors and service providers, such as caterers, decorators, and transportation
• Delivering: Ensuring that the event decor is delivered on the day of the event
