Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Control Manager to oversee our inventory management system. The ideal candidate should have 2-12 years of experience in the job market context of India and should have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The candidate should have experience in managing inventory control functions, implementing inventory management software, and leading a team of inventory control professionals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures
- Manage the inventory control team and ensure they are meeting company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure they are accurate
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Analyze inventory data and provide reports to management
- Ensure compliance with company and legal standards
- Oversee the implementation of inventory management software
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement inventory strategies
- Provide training and guidance to employees on inventory control best practices
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field
- 2-12 years of experience in inventory control management
