Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory, Billing & Finance Executive to oversee inventory management, billing operations, and financial activities within our organization. The Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing billing processes, and assisting in financial analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory control, billing procedures, and financial principles, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability to meet customer demand.- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to manage inventory replenishment and optimize inventory turnover.
Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical counts with system records and address any discrepancies.
- Analyse inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in inventory management processes.
Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management policies, procedures, and best practices.
Generate and process customer invoices accurately and promptly.- Verify billing information, including pricing, quantities, and discounts, to ensure accuracy and compliance with contracts and agreements.
Address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies with customers, the sales team, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with sales and finance teams to ensure timely collection of payments and follow-up on overdue accounts.
Maintain billing records, documentation, and files by company policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and performance evaluation.
- Assist in monitoring cash flow, budget utilization, and financial performance against targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between inventory management, billing operations, and financial goals.
Proven experience in inventory management, billing operations, and finance, preferably in a similar role.- Strong understanding of inventory control principles, billing procedures, and financial concepts.
Proficiency in accounting software, Tally systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
