Job description Executive OCG
1 Conduct of Audits for retail stores/CFA/warehouses
Review of audit reports - discuss the ratings with the stores & auditors. Document in case of any
wrong reporting
Compliance visits to stores & warehouses as per schedule & report as per checklist
Virtual Audit at assigned stores
Complete fixed assets verification as per schedule and report discrprencies.
Coordination with external auditors/retail teams for audits.
Quarterly review with external auditors.
2 Revenue Assurance & Risk Mitigation
Revenue assurance through Desk top analysis on various processes - atleast 2 process in a month
for each division
Analyzing and monitoring the various risk identified by the company and report to concerned on
issues.
