Role: Inventory Executive

Job Summary:

The Inventory Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels are adequate, and assisting in optimizing inventory processes. This role requires a basic understanding of Excel, including VLOOKUP functions, and knowledge of Zoho Inventory is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage incoming stock and ensure timely deliveries.
• Utilize Excel for inventory tracking, including the use of VLOOKUP to manage data.
• Update and manage inventory data in Zoho Inventory.
• Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.
• Address and resolve any issues related to inventory management.
