• Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Clothing Inventory Analyst to join our team. This role involves utilizing our Management Information System (MIS) to manage and analyze our clothing inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels, accurate forecasting, and actionable insights into sales trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, data analysis, and experience with apparel-specific systems.

• Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Oversee and manage clothing inventory across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and availability of stock.

• Data Analysis: Utilize MIS to analyze inventory data, including stock levels, sales trends, and order history. Generate reports and insights to guide inventory decisions.

Forecasting: Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict future inventory needs based on historical data, sales trends, and market conditions.

Replenishment Planning: Monitor stock levels and set reorder points. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely replenishment and reduce stockouts.Reporting: Create and present detailed reports on inventory performance, turnover rates, and financial metrics. Provide recommendations for inventory optimization.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within the inventory management system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of MIS with other business systems such as POS, e-commerce, and ERP systems.

Product Lifecycle Management: Track the lifecycle of clothing items from introduction to end-of-life, managing product attributes and seasonal collections.
