  • Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in institutional sales.   • Key Responsibilities:
Institutional Sales: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in large organizations, including corporations, government agencies, educational institutions, and other relevant entities.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the institutional segment to achieve sales targets.Client Relationship Management: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing tailored solutions and maintaining regular communication with clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth within the institutional sector.
Product Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products or services to potential institutional clients, highlighting their benefits and customization options.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with institutional clients, finalize contracts, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs to strategically position products/services.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, and provide insights to the management team regarding market dynamics and sales performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals and customer expectations.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a focus on institutional sales.Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and developing client relationships within the institutional market.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with high-level stakeholders.
Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional clients.
