The post holder will be engaging with MIS Management/ Customer Relationship Management

• Job Key Responsibilities :

Conducting interviews using the phone with students to assess and improve their university interview skills

• Explaining the details of the interview to students

Preparing an interview schedule that includes all pertinent information about each student.

• Other Duties as may be assigned related to interviews.

Must be proficient in English Speaking and Writing.

• Writing Statement of purpose / Intensions letter for Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom (UK)

Must have good hold on English Communication and Vocabulary

• Strong in writing concepts on paper based on choice of universities and courses preferred by.

• Skills Needed :

Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve results.

• Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.

* Presentation and Communication Skills

• An ability to communicate effectively with students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
