Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Interventional Cardiologist to join our team. As an Interventional Cardiologist, you will provide specialized care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, utilizing advanced interventional techniques. This is a full-time position based in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- MD or DNB in Cardiology.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Interventional Cardiology.
- Experience in performing interventional procedures, such as angioplasty and stenting.
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular diseases and treatment options.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Valid medical license to practice in India.
- Board certification in Cardiology is preferred.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Performing interventional cardiology procedures, including angioplasty, stenting, and catheterization.
- Diagnosing and treating patients with cardiovascular diseases, such as heart attacks, angina, arrhythmias, and coronary artery disease.
- Consulting with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Monitoring and providing post-procedure care to patients.
- Reviewing patient medical histories and performing physical examinations.
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as echocardiograms and stress tests.
- Educating patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.
- Participating in clinical research and staying up-to-date with advancements in interventional cardiology.
- Mentoring and supervising junior medical staff and trainees.
