Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Voluntary unpaid Internship UI/UX Design position at an AI Startup in Germany/India. The role involves designing and supporting Chief Design Officer and design team in user interfaces, creating wireframes, prototyping, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Qualifications

• UI/UX Design, Wireframing, and Prototyping skills
• User Research and User Testing passion and interest
• Knowledge of design tools such as Figma
• Understanding of user-centric design principles
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Engineering, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or any related field

Compensation

Initially 6 months unpaid, but opportunity to transition to fulltime job with equity (ESOP) options.
