Inventory Management:
Assisting in the management of spare parts inventory, including receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing parts as needed.Stock Control:
Monitoring stock levels and conducting regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and availability of spare parts.Order Processing: Assisting in processing purchase orders for spare parts, ensuring timely procurement and delivery.
- Database Management: Updating and maintaining databases or inventory systems to track spare parts usage, stock levels, and orders.
Vendor Coordination:
Communicating with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes, place orders, and track shipments of spare parts.Quality Control:
Inspecting incoming spare parts for quality and conformity to specifications before acceptance into inventory.Documentation and Reporting: Generating reports on inventory status, usage trends, and procurement activities. Maintaining accurate records of transactions and inventory movements.
- Assisting in Equipment Maintenance: Helping to maintain and repair equipment under the guidance of experienced technicians. This could involve troubleshooting issues, conducting routine inspections, and performing preventive maintenance tasks.
Supporting Technical Projects:
Assisting in the implementation of technical projects such as installations, upgrades, or modifications to systems or equipment.
