Responsibilities

• Check and compare authenticity of candidates taking assessment remotely
• Monitor and guide the log in process for the candidates taking assessment remotely
• Proctor an entire exam for a candidate taking assessment remotely.
• Monitor up to 15 to 20 candidates concurrently.
• Review proctored assessment recordings and prepare reports
• Provide technical support to the users of Talview
• Support users over phone calls, chat, email & ticket tool to ensure definedSLAs are met
• Should be available to work in multiple shifts
• Ensure issues raised by customers are captured in ticketing system, take ownership in gettingthese resolved in line with defined SLAs
• Carry out technical support tasks basis the training imparted
• Deliver consistently as per Standard Operation Procedures & SLAs
• Document and maintain managed SOPs and guidelines

Skill Requirement

Primary

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Good analytical, problem solvingand decision-making skills
• Adaptability to changing work environment and technologies
• Basic knowledge of the following tools is a good to have:
• Internet Browsers like Chrome,Firefox, Edge and Safari
• MS Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
