Description
We are seeking an Internship in Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various job openings.
Responsibilities
- Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates
- Conduct initial interviews with potential candidates
- Assist with scheduling interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system
- Assist with reference checks and background screenings
- Assist with drafting job descriptions and job postings
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs
- Perform other duties as assigned by the recruitment team
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job boards
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus
