- Operational Matters: Support the BPs across offices and SLs on various operational matters
- Market Research: Support in market info across the industry and drive people agenda
- Employee Engagement: Assist in driving the employee engagement agenda
- R&R Program: Partner with BPs and support them to drive the R&R program
- HR Analytics: Analyze and report people data for effective decision Making as and when required
