Assist the sales team with preparing sales estimates and proposals for electronic security systems.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitive products, and pricing strategies to support sales efforts.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Assist in creating and updating sales and operations documentation, including contracts, invoices, and project schedules.
Participate in client meetings, both virtual and in-person, to discuss project requirements and timelines.
Provide support in managing customer relationships and addressing client inquiries or issues.
Gain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively assist the sales and operations teams
