Responsibilities:

Drive the maintenance and support of Real Estate solutions across the globe.

Responsible for the monitoring and alert handling of these solutions using advanced applications

Resolve production Incidents within SLA

Ability to debug and analyse production issues in detail across systems.

Perform Problem management & RCA to proactively reduce production incidents.

Responsible for Infrastructure management and cloud infrastructure.

Fix problems, test and deploy to resolve production incidents.

Work closely with engineering teams across geographies to leverage expertise and contribute to the tech community.

Engage with Product Management and Business to drive the agenda, set your priorities and deliver awesome products.

Manage all production system and recommend ways to optimize performance and provide solution to problems and prepare reports for all problems.

Follow standards and best practises to bring operational efficiencies, stability and availability of the system.

Comprehend various metrics on operational dashboards and reports and take corrective actions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline and experience of 2-4 years.

Good knowledge in Unix systems with scripting experience in Shell, Perl or Python

Capability to program in at least one language, ideally C# or JAVA or NodeJs is desired.

Logging and Monitoring experience designing, deploying and running systems like Splunk, ELK, New Relic or other APM solutions is an added advantage.

Exposure/Experience to Cloud technologies is an added advantage.

Capable of technical deep-dives into code and storage with very bright, experienced engineers

Good knowledge of ITSM Support processes and related tools is mandatory for the Support lead position.
